Silver Sneakers members must have a fitness pass and scan it at the door, prior to class. They do NOT need to register for the class.

Three 20-minute segments: Boom Muscle (strength work), Boom Move It (dance), and Boom Mind (Yoga/Pilates). SilverSneakers members may just show up for class. They must have a fitness pass and scan it before class. Non-SilverSneakers members must register for the session.
